OOOH GOD WHY???? I know, I know, I made a mistake, the Passenger Pigeon only became extinct on 1914!!!!
I was reading about this pidgeon and I had mistaken the date of the extinction with the date that the Roman Catholic bishop of Quebec excommunicated them!

Some animals, murdered until the last one by us in the last centuries...

This why cloning exists, and why it needs to advance in its development phase. As for the dinosaurs, they should stay dead, simply because they're so primitive, that they're not sentient beings and will cause destruction anywhere they can' be contained.

I remember reading somewhere about a plan to clone great auks, but I don't think it ever made any headway
and I just thought I should mention the golden toad has since been rediscovered [link]

I guess I was confused, I remember hearing a few years ago of a golden toad being rediscovered but multiple species likely go by that same common name, or it could have been a mistake all together, to bad, the current rate of extinction is third highest of all time

Thank you! this are great news! But the toad I draw is Bufo periglenes, this one in the link is Isthomhyla rivularis! Unfortunatelly, the golden toads are really gone... :/

I feel too sorry for these animals. They should've lived in our generation.

When I first played Sammy's Science House on my PC, I thought the Passenger Pigeon was still living but when I was looking at the animal exhibits in the Natural History Museum in London, I was so shocked by its extinction. :iconsadplz:
At least there are stuffed Passenger Pigeons in existance.
