It is largely relative! As long as I know, the parrot is the Kia, from New Zealand...
There is no way to compare the inteligence of every animal anyway, it was just for fun, not to be accurate!

I think, that is not absolute rating. It is a rating of intelligence in relation to creature's type. Octopus is most intelligent creature among molluscs, but in the overall it is equal to... chicken maybe. Bees may be smartest among insects, but in the ranking of all-all-all animals they are no math even to rats.

No, they are commom black vultures(Coragyps atratus), at least they are the only ones I've ever seen, I live in Brazil
